Please note all orders including food items or personal hygiene items inclusive of soaps or eye masks, cannot be returned once they have been purchased due to health & safety reasons. If there is an issue with an item please ensure you keep all packaging inclusive of boxes, and receipts and contact our friendly customer service team that will be more than happy to help you. Please ensure you have photos of the item that has an issue as that will help us determine what course of action occurs next.
Our Refund Policy does not include change of mind , unfortunately if you have changed your mind after payment of an item that has already been shipped to it's destination, that item can no longer be exchanged.
If a parcel has an incorrect address, our couriers are unable to call the recipient to verify, and instead the parcel will be returned to sender (us).
Hampers cannot be redirected whilst in transit and will need to be returned to us before being sent to the new/correct address. We will inform you via email within three business days of the hamper being returned to us.
An applicable re-delivery fee will be passed on to you to facilitate the re-delivery of the hamper to the same or an alternate address.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
At Special Occasion Hampers we are extremely proud of the products we sell and of the quality and presentation of our hampers, we do everything we can to ensure that every recipient receives the beautiful gift you selected. In the event that your hamper or its contents are incorrect or arrive damaged/faulty, please contact our friendly customer service team via our email address info@specialoccasionhampers.com.au or alternatively call us on 04332 920 130.
We will happily exchange or issue a credit note depending on the extent of the damage. We will require photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.
If it is necessary for the product to be sent back back to us, we will email you a return label to cover the cost of the shipping.
We will not however be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 20 days.

Please note hampers containing personalised items are not able to be returned as they are customised to your specifications.
