| Are your hampers Gluten Free? | As we do not manufacture the food items in our hampers , we cannot 100% guarantee that an item will not have traces of gluten. However all the items we place into each hamper ensures it meets all consumer standards and provides the dietary and ingredient information. |
| Can I create my own hamper? | We do offer customised options, however customised hampers will incur longer processing time and may incur additional costs. For customised orders please send us an email and we can talk you through how this works. |
| I have a nut allergy, can I be sure my hamper won't contain nuts? | As we do not manufacture our products in store , we are unfortunately unable to 100% guarantee the items wont contain traces of nuts. We do however sell all our items individually packaged and they are all packaged with ingredient information required. |
| What are your business hours ? | We operate Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30pm, however any queries outside of these times, please send us an email or alternatively try to reach us on 0425 354 327 / 0433 920 130 and leave us a message and we will try to get back to you as soon as we can |
